The library here at Gaspereau Valley Fibres is ever changing. We have a wide selection of books covering everything from knitting, to crocheting, spinning, weaving, felting and even dyeing. If you are looking for a particular title, please call the shop and we would be happy to set it aside for you or put it on order if it is currently out of stock. Below you will find a few examples of the magazines and publishers we carry items from. Wild Fibers Magazine is a wonderful, hard-to-find magazine. It covers all aspects of the exotic natural fibres industry, with a focus on sustainability. Interesting stories, beautiful photos – this magazine can let you travel the whole world without leaving your arm chair. 

Rowan Magazine is also available at Gaspereau Valley Fibres. Known for its beautiful, classic designs, it is always in demand. Pair with Rowan yarns for the great knitting experience the designers intended.

Lucy Neatby DVDs – Lucy Neatby is a Nova Scotian fibre artist genius. She has produced a series of 13 knitting DVDs. These are useful for seeing techniques demonstrated.

Interweave Press – Interweave is dedicated to providing the crafting community with books that are both beautiful and full of inspiration. With 40 – 45 books published each year, one more amazing than the last, Interweave is at the top of everyone's list. 

School House Press – Brain child of Elizabeth Zimmerman, arguably one of the most influential knitters in the world, Schoolhouse publishes books that are staples to everyones libraries.  

Potter Craft – In the same vein as Interweave. They produce books that you can't help but reach out and pick up. As you start to flip through your mind starts taking inventory of just how many patterns you could accomplish with your stash yarn at home. These books never disappoint.
